FAQ
What’s the difference between Full Planning and Month-of Coordination? Full Planning is a comprehensive service that covers everything from the very beginning — venue search, vendor recommendations, design concepting, timeline building, budgeting, and more. Month-of is designed for couples who’ve done most of the planning themselves and just need help pulling everything together in the final 6–8 weeks. It focuses on final logistics, timeline confirmation, and on-the-day coordination.
Does Full Planning include day-of coordination and design? Yes — both are included in our Full Planning service.
How do I know if I need Full Planning or Month-of? In our experience, every couple benefits from Full Planning. Wedding planning isn’t rocket science — but it is filled with fine details, hundreds of emails, and time-consuming coordination that takes experience and clarity to manage well. Having someone guide you from the beginning makes a huge difference. That said, we understand budget is always a consideration. A good rule of thumb: allocate about 10% of your total wedding budget toward planning and coordination.
Do you offer Day-of Coordination as a separate service? We don’t offer standalone Day-of services, as our coordination package is intentionally designed to go beyond just the final day or month. From past experience, many issues arise in the final stretch because earlier planning steps were overlooked. For our Month-of clients, we provide ongoing communication and support early on — to ensure nothing gets missed and everything runs smoothly.
How will we communicate with you? You’ll have access to our wedding planning software where we keep everything organized in one place. We prefer email for most of the planning process so that all communications and files are easy to reference. Closer to the wedding, we’ll start a WhatsApp group for quick updates.
Are there any working hour limits on the wedding day? Nope! We’ll be on-site from set-up to take-down — and we won’t leave until everything has been properly handed over and the venue signs off.
How does payment work? Once you’ve signed the contract, we require a 50% deposit to secure our services for your date. The remaining 50% is due one month before the wedding.
